Login to Access Electronic Resources from Off-Campus

Please Login by entering your Arkansas State University email address and ID* number. If you are a new student and do not have an ASU email address yet, you must first activate your Digital ID.

Please enter your ASU email address1:
ex: Firstname.Lastname@smail.astate.edu
Faculty ex: username@astate.edu
  
Please enter your library barcode #2:
(ASU ID# with a "7" added in front)
Ex: If your ID number is 55555555 you would enter 755555555 as your password
Your ASU ID number is NOT the same as your social security number. If you do not know what your ASU ID number is please contact the registrar's office at 972-2031 or email them at registrar@astate.edu

At the beginning of each new semester the file of ID numbers is updated from data sent to the library from the registrar's office. If the semester has already started and you are having access problems, please contact Wendy Crist by email or by phone (870) 972-2964. Be sure to include your ID number in your email message or voice message.

  ASU employee email should be entered in the form: username@astate.edu

2 ID number should be typed with no spaces or dashes between digits. Adding the "7" at the beginning of your ASU ID number should make
   the number a total of 9 digits. If you are affiliated with ASU and need information on obtaining an ASU ID, please visit the Campus Card Center.

For licensing purposes, off-campus access to these databases is limited to students currently enrolled in courses for credit through ASU Jonesboro and persons currently employed by ASU-Jonesboro.
